If you have not signed the agreement yourself, you don't owe them a penny. So stop paying what is not your debt.Is there any way I can block my address from Provident? My husband keeps taking out loans with them then not paying them back leaving it to me to pay back, I would like it so next times he goes behind my back for another loan he is turned away because the house is blocked.0

I have just resigned (after being an agent for 26 years) due to the ridiculous deduction being taken from my wages . Although the amount I have lost is very small compared to others it is still wrong !!! I have contacted C.A.B. to see if there is anyway I can re-coup the loss and am waiting to find out about going through the small claims procedure. Has anyone else tried this or is interested in joining me in this venture . Provident should not be allowed to get away with what they are doing .0
