I also think a lot of NRPP's handle cases as they don't have the emotional guilt that the NRP does. I think this also makes a NRP accept something which is adverse to them. The NRPP on the other hand will make a stand and try to fight for what is fair.[/QUOTE]

Totally agree, it's often too painful fo rthose directly involved, to make it clinical enough a financial situation that needs to be resolved/dealt with, as the NRPP is slightly detached I feel they are in a better impartial position.

I acted on my hubs behalf (I'm NRPP) and we went from nearly losing our home due to CSA mistakes to actually now being in a overpayment situation, long haul and we nearly split up, but I was determined the 4 children in my home, would not be made homeless at any cost, when we have always paid CS to the PWC with children in her home. It was just PWC got nasty/bitter and led us to Tribunal/Assessments/CSA Mistakes linked to her allegations and greed for more and more money at each assessment - truth was she lost her Tribunals as we had overwhelming evidence, she made a fool of herself as being a deceitful, manipulative and nasty individual to Judge, whilst I have always maintained my dignity and respect, her swearing and foul mouth at 1st Tribunal went down a storm :T
