Hi in-trouble, well done on posting your soa!!!
I cant see any mortgage/rent on there ( or I may be both blind and stupid lol)
please listen to the others on here - fee paying DM companies are not the way to go - you'll end up paying them not your creditors!! please go to one of the free charity ones.

What???? You're syaing you're trapped in your life cover for the next 17 years and then you HAVE to renew????? There has to be a way out of that because that sounds ridiculous.... check your terms and conditions.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Cancel it. You need the money at the moment!!! to give you an idea.. times how much you pay her every month by 168. That's how much you've thrown away (I know it's helping his mum but to you it's throwing money away as it's not helping you!).Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

so do you think i should cancel this policy with scottish widows? so if i dont die by the time i am 51 i get nothing at all, but i would of paid into it when it ends 64800

Ok, that loan is very high, well done for persevering, we will help and support you.
My 1st thought is "how can you support others when you can support yourself"
I really dont think its fair to be paying others bills, however £7 for your dad is not going to break the bank the £80 will certainly do!
Please reconsider changing to CCCS or Payplan.
Also I would be cancelling th life insurance, you cnat be tied in for 17 years, thats impossible. Also your partners should be around £40 even if he is a smoker.
Edited to say what is the point of thei policy IF you die after 51? You loose out, plus your partner is the main earner, it would be you that would struggle fianancially if he died not the other way around normally.Lightbulb moment 27-11-06
