Thats upto the OP, personally, I would have no hesitation in throwing them off the balcony (even if from the top floor) and taking my chances with the judge.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

I'm afraid anti vandal grease won't stop this man. Though those extra doughnuts may slow him a little.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'

I totally agree with you, just thought I would clarify the legalities
Im a firm believer in not helping any scrote that happens to "slip and fall" down a flight of stairs while in the commission of an offence.....====0 -

I agree. It's like the idiots round here who have a habit of riding round on mini-motorbikes, stolen motorbikes, etc. I live next to a golf course, and one lad who live just across the road does this on a regular basis. You can guess that he rides these bikes on the golf course and round the streets without a care for anyone. He even tried to steal my scooter at one point.
If he fell off his bike at one point and slid along the road at speed, I'd simply smile and walk on by.
Oh yes, I spoke to my housing manager about the climbing on the ledge. She will look into ways of preventing it from happening again.0 -
loosen the drainpipe brackets/screws0

What about putting the grease on the GROUND floor ledges AND the drain pipes? To make it hard for them to climb up in the first place? I'm sure people on the Ground floor flats are fed up with it too.
I like the idea of opening the window quickly lol.
Or some razor wire on your ledge?
Hopefully your council can do something about it. Thank you to everyone!

Every time he goes out on an unlicensed bike, phone your local police on their non-emergency to report it. They'll probably ask for a description of the bike and the rider, at which point you can give his name and address as well.
It may take a few times but the bikes will end up confiscated and crushed.0 -
