Oh dear.
Why oh dear?
It seems as if my character assessment was a little too close for his liking. Safer to start again. Especially after you've just been laughed at for a silly mistake. Easier to delete and start again.
Yes. Start afresh. No-one will know.
Sweet and clean now after the rain.
Cheerio. See you again very soon.0 -
Cleaver, me metrosexual friend. You do know that a metrosexual is a gay person who can't get laid?
I have to say I prefer your nearlynew alias. I thought there was a good satirical overtone to that one, whilst your Anon one just seems a bit weird and strange. I don't really get what the above thing means, is it some sort of comment about what my sexuality is?0 -

What you mean is sometimes you can't help yourself and sometimes repsond if you haven't used ignore.
(Which often seems to go hand in hand with the "I'm going to put you on ignore but still somehow comment on things being mentioned by the person being ignored")
I have learned to ignore certain members on this forum. I have had disagreements with a few who have used totally false claims to argue against me, or back up their side of the argument. When you try to point out their errors, they simply refuse to correct them. I find that more annoying than someone simply calling me names. I try to further the debate, by trying to get them to correct their mistake, but some seem to be too full of themselves to admit they were wrong. They seem to think I`m trying to derail the argument, but it is in fact themselves who are derailing the argument by using false statistics or "enhanced" facts to try and make their point.
There is a certain character here who seems to "have it in" for another forum member. This character's posts often come across as very arrogant, and will often resort to name calling as soon as someone posts an opposing opinion. I now generally avoid this person, but choose not to use the "Ignore" option as it is fascinating to witness this sort of forum activity.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older.
