In short, I reckon we're currently safe on that front and I still strongly believe the 'over the limit' e-mail kicks in when the first voucher to kick off any new set of spends combined with the total value of other spends is based on a £50 uncapped ASDA value.
Sounds overly complicated but don't think the 'over the limit' issue has been as prevalent as it was earlier in the DTD days so probably a non-issue now.
this would appear to be what has happened with me on the missing voucher
1st shop for April was 5/4/11.. shopped and paid using voucher (£18.38)
2nd shop 6/4/11...shopped and paid using voucher ect
so between 5/4 and 13/4 another 4 shops and the next one ( thurs) then puts me over the limit for the Asda ( £50 ) cap
ie the £50 asda and the 1st payment using the £18.38 voucher
total £68.38 and therefore over the £100 per month per household and no voucher on the friday ( the others one came through no problems just not this one )
does this make sense and help your theory0 -

I took them back to customer services and asked for a refund, when she asked why I told them had checked online and they were reducing them to £5 tomorrow and would come back and by 4 bottles then for the same price. She looked at me, gave me a knowing a smile and refunded me. I wouldnt be suprised to see snyone buying these today coming up N/A
Ah you slipped up there my friend, they were fine; the receipt you see is not the same as the receipt on Tesco's system, as theirs has the barcode to identify the products, hence their software looks for barcodes and works out your DTD (or not).
So if you buy it tomorrow at £5, you will have spent £10 instead of £1.02 (net of voucher), sorry,I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!

PROBLEM SOLVED
I accidentally went over the £100 limit because I used my email address for Aunty Mildred’s shopping (silly me). I re-entered the receipt details with Aunty Mildred’s email address and it did not work.
Then I had an idea.
I entered Aunty Mildred’s email address but when I entered the receipt details I changed the time by 1 minute. I am happy to say I have now received Aunty Mildred’s voucher for £20.00!!!
I tried this again with an 'unable to find your receipt details' receipt and it worked for that too.
Hope this helps some of the people from the end of March when they too accidentally entered their Aunty Mildred’s shopping under the wrong email address.you do realise this could cause no end of problems.. the SA can easy see the difference and so could then get someone to check it out and find out its wrong..
I suggest you change the hours by exactly 12 - am sure no-one will be able to remember what way round it should be!
Just done 5 shops & I have to say the assistants were all lovely. I think a lot of it is down to the management - none of them knew what to do, which is bad, but they were easily trained by me or very polite, even the one who called over a supervisor because the numbers didn't match.
Had a trauma though - OH phoned to say the Oyster Bay was £10 in T but had been less in A so I bought one on spec, only to come home and find it's not on A's website . And no, I don't know why OH didn't fork out his own money to try it .
Still, I did get 2 wombled receipts (nothing obvious on them and both around £50 so any savings probably cancel themselves out) plus an Ariel toothbrush. They had a scary one but she was giving me the Thatcher eye so I put her back . Plus 3 WB at the old price.
Off to input 5 receipts in the right order & make up email addresses for the other Life is hard :rotfl:
Losing both Wolfie and Betty in 48 hours is a bitter blow. Will have a glass of Wolfie to consol myselfA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
