In which case, sorry, but I'm not sure. In fact I'm not even sure you can spend them at Expresses (?). You could always take a drive out in my direction... ;)

apparently you can spend them but cant enter your receipt online to get a price check or new voucher.... looked online and theres quite a few round here so may try couple... may be going your way soon, my local starting to give funny looks lol..
I've always found the express round our way to be up to 4% more expensive. It also has a very strange selection of products - any number of varieties of curry sauce but lacking on more basics. I try not to buy too much from there.

Interestingly, the express near the swimming pool near the centre of town is much better and even stocks some value range. I think there must be a demographic thing going on.

    thanks :)

About 2 weeks ago i persuaded my Mum & sister to do a DTD shop with me, it was their first one and it so happened to be a Friday evening. Well i received my voucher on the Sunday but their's didn't appear until the following Tuesday evening. Of course we were worried & speculated as to why the vouchers hadn't appeared but it was all fine in the end. We called Tesco CS on the Saturday as previously all posters had reported getting vouchers the following day. Cs said there was a delay of 5-6 days and that the 36 hours in T's & C's refers to working hours. I'm telling all of you this so that the panic & scaremongering doesn't set in again. Perhaps due to the popularity of this promo it's all taking longer than we would like. I'm hoping that's all it is anyway

I've made this about 10 times. It's really really easy. Takes about 15 minutes prep in the morning, then you can just leave it until it's done. It's absolutely fantastic. Probably the best lamb I've ever had.

It says you have to use a lidded casserole dish, but I don't have one big enough.

Could I use a roasting tin, and cover with foil?

I'd hoped the vouchers would have been here by now so that I could take my husband shopping. How romantic!! Fingers crossed they come later today. I'm starting to feel like I'm going through cold turkey!

Just barbecueing 3 racks of lamb, feels very extravagant, but a little bored with just putting it in the oven!!!!:rotfl:

Yes that would be fine. Just make sure the foil is wrapped tightly with no gaps or holes :).

    It's only a game

Be careful trying the smoked salmon!!!
There's always the chance that they match it with Asda product code 3575459. Not a good deal at all.

I think you're right Mrs B. The other ASDA one with the OP has given the link for has Extra Special SCOTTISH Smoked Salmon, where as the Tesco one has no place of origin, and neither does the 357459 one at £34.80 per kg (£3.48 for 100g pack) (although as least it's a little bit cheaper so wouldn't affect your gains from other products).

(I got stung buying the Yorkshire Carrots yesterday - came back N/A)
