Was after frozen sausages which have, apparently, been discontinued  so had to get chicken breasts instead.

What do people reckon about these?

Both the same weight and comparable range.
£3.69 at Tesco
£2.22 at ASDA, so DTD would be £2.94. Net Cost of 75p for 100g of good smoked salmon.
If this works, I'll be living off this for a while
There's always the chance that they match it with Asda product code 3575459. Not a good deal at all.
It's only a game

Well I have been following this forum for a while and joining in the past couple of days.
Well today I have had enough of people's remarks regarding trouts on checkouts, trouts on CS. I work at Tescos below is my facebook photo. :rotfl:am certainly no trout,
crikey, a lot of protein must have been consumed to get that result.

I'm tempted to buy the leg of lamb but have no idea how I'd cook it?!
How are you guys cooking it? How many does an average leg of lamb feed?
Google "jamie oliver 5 hour lamb" - delish!!!
Can't wait to cook my £21 leg of lamb! (is it me or is that ridiculously overpriced - seemed much cheaper in M&S today although to be fair i didn't notice price per kg?).0 -

I put mine in a roasting dish with a few sprigs of rosemary, covered with foil and cooked in the oven at gas 7/220C for 20-25 mins per 450g/lb plus an extra 20+ mins depending on how well done you like it.
Remove foil for last 20mins or so to crisp the skin.
If it isn't quite done to your liking when you carve it, pop it back in the oven wrapped in foil for a couple of mins while you dish up.
Save the juice to make gravy and serve with lashings of mint sauce.
droool...
