Doesn't matter how you paid, fact remains that you did pay and they overcharged you. If they wanted to get really funny just fight back and get the difference on a gift card, I agree they should give you cash but sometimes you need to compromise.

I know it's not the same as cash but at least then you can put it towards some DTD stuff and you still win.

I know, thats what I was saying, a Clubcard voucher is just another payment form

    Wow this worked!!!
Shame as these were my results, what a waste of a £16 voucher
    1 x TESCO WHOLE LEG OF LAMB (4.218 kg) £ 16.83 N/A

They have stitched you up on the weight................this is happening on just about every bit of meat I buy now, they keep quoting the incorrect weight on the pricecheck, but obviously set it so that it only multiplies the ASDA price by that amount, hence making ASDA look far more expensive and destroying the DTD.

OH has just phoned me from T's.He handed his voucher over as normal to the SA who had never seen one. She called the supervisor who told him they were not taking them anymore. He queried it and said you should at least honour this one as T's sent it to me. They then called the manager who said we are taking them but just not over £20!!!!My OH said he didnt want to say too much as he didnt want to appear to knowledgeable but just said ok, thanks see you tomorrow:)

  • One quick question, to all of you who are regularly exceeding the £100 per month voucher maximum, are you not giving them your clubcard at the checkout to avoid detection?

    I don't have a clubcard as I usually shop at Asda. ;)
