Sounds like a winner..............only thing i'm worried about, is that I used a voucher to pay for the last shop and obviously that shows up as "coupon" on the receipt that I purchased the chicken on. Not sure how it would work in that case............had you used a coupon on the receipt you took in?

But that could have been any coupon, even Clubcard voucher

I bought the chicken from the spreadsheet and it came out as this today:

    1 x TESCO FRESH WHOLE CHICKEN LGE 2.00-3.50KG (4.063 kg) £ 6.46 £ 9.71

Thus taking away from some of the other DTD items. Luckily everything else confirmed so all is not lost.

    Did I do anything wrong?

Look at some of my recent posts, I have been banging on about this. They did the same to me, stitched me up on the DTD by quoting the wrong weight. CS told me where to go and that once a pricecheck had been run, that was final. The only thing left to do is a possible overcharge scenario, because the chicken is now showing as half price on the website, valid from 14/04 to 17/04............bought mine last night, but they charged me full price, looks like a clear overcharge to me.

No, that shop was the specifically non-DTD, regular weekly shop avoiding items to use to generate a receipt for a claim, and as we didn't have any then, not paid for with voucher.
