Has anyone tried the Sirloin Steak?

    £15.47kg/£12.00kg

It wouldn't be a huge DTD but every little helps!

It worked very well for the Rump Steaks at the start of this DTD, I think it was working out around 80p net for a nice piece of steak.

Sure Tesco's aren't reading this and thinking shall we wind them up and keep them waiting for another half hour before we push the button to send the vouchers!

My dentist refuses to do anything other than take the tooth out :eek::eek: Hence why I've suffered the pain for over a year. I recently went back for a second opinion when the pain got unbearable and they sent me to the same dentist despite my plea for ANY other dentist... what a waste of my time. He reitterated that the only thing he could do was pull my tooth out. I'm now swapping dentist although waiting until next month after my hols :(

Are you doing it on NHS? The reason I ask, is when I first went in and saw my dentist, she explained the options (I too was in a lot of pain) and said they could take it out, or do root canal work. Initially, she said that obviously it would be better to keep the tooth and it would take a couple of visits to do the canal work properly, then she paused, checked my notes and asked if I was a private patient, or NHS.............when I told her NHS she suggested I have it taken out and that was the best option

Honestly, it was quite unbelievable the difference in attitude from then on and I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman, she was constantly trying to get me to pay for things that was covered on NHS, because they make more money out of it..........the filling at the end being the obvious one. She told me that the filling I got on the NHS wasn't good and would only last a year, but the one she could do for £115, was far superior and would last longer and suggested I have that instead...... i say suggested, basically tried to force me into having and I had to really put my foot down for the other one, which to this day has been perfectly fine, I might add.

Sounds to me like you probably have an infection like I did, refuse to have it taken out and insist they do the canal work, there's no reason for them not to, other than they don't want to, because they make less money than doing it on private.

Its dependant on what ur dentist decides.. A lot of my teeth..about 90% of them have had root fillings crowns caps..and they still dont want to take tham out..got 6 out under anaestetic cos at one point I was suddenly so scared of the dentist.. Was gonna have 9 out but decided to just have 6 in the end..
  • Has anyone tried to use their voucher at the self service checkout...I know that the checkouts in S'burys have an option to scan vouchers but haven't used them in Ts?
