the ta was brill the other day handed the voucher in for £20 and she said to me your doing well arn't you lol (i saw same 1 twice last week) she also said do you need your reciept back? i said no and she then went on to say i "oh thank you as i got into trouble the other day with someone else as i never took their reciept" :rotfl:
they asked if they could keep my receipt in both stores yesterday so maybe that's their new policy :)

ok.... little game for you all...

You have a £20 DTD voucher and you have really run out of DTD stuff that you need at present so what is the best way to ensure you get back another DTD voucher to the value of £20 and also have as much on your current voucher to spend on Non DTD stuff???

    My effort is:-

    Kids Oral B toothbrush - £10.00 DTD £16.00
    2 x Betty Crocker pancake £2.00 DTD £ 3.00
    Frijj £1.10 DTD £ 1.20

That would give me back a £20.00 DTD voucher for the next day and £6.10 on 'normal' shopping.

    Can anyone better it yet??????????

    Can anyone beat that?

    Anyone better it yet???

:o Right, I need somebody help me to work this out:

I gone to Mr T yesterday and bought 1L Sirnoff Vodka - £20.49 ea or 2 for £23.

I had a £20 DTD voulcher. I was at a checkout when it occured to me that I would be better off to get 2 for £23 and that way 2L of vodka only will cost me £3,
instead if I buy one at the time for £5.50 after the DTD.

Was I right? I for my life can not get my head around it... :p (I'm really tired). TIA :)

its 2 for £26 isnt it?

Spotted this last night, not great but was after some anyway and it was my first find using the DTD App in store:

ASDA Chosen by You Cypriot Halloumi with Chilli (225g) £2.00
Tesco Halloumi With Chilli 225G £2.39

    DTD price £1.61

    Will confirm later hopefully.

No one cares. The more people who do this will mean Tesco will modify/close the DTD scheme.

  • I'm confused I had an old receipt from Tesco Express and before I'd done my first proper DTD shop I put the receipt details in the price checker just for interest. It came back with Tesco being cheaper, but I thought, from what has been said here, Tesco Express weren't included. Had it been cheaper would I not have been entitled to a voucher?
