hi, ive been folowing this thread since the very beginning but up to now ive only managed a few shops. Im hoping to benefit from this before it is pulled and just hoped one of you lovely experts can help me!!! I know this is covered in frequently asked questions but can someone please confirm that i can 1/get a dtd voucher for £20, 2/get another shop and pay for it with dtd voucher and still claim dtd for that shop also? I realise that there is a £20 per time limit and max of £100 per month- is there a limit on using dtd to pay for another dtd ?!?! Hope thats clear, thanks in advance!!!
Yes you can do this. limits are as you have quoted plus 1 voucher per day0 -
TOTAL £ 8.39 £ 6.43
1 x WHITE SLICED SANDWICH 800 GRAMS (1 kg) £ 1.20 £ 1.20
2 x TESCO SEMI- SKIMMED MILK 2.272LTR/4 PINTS £ 2.00 * £ 2.00
1 x WHITE CHOCOLATE & STRAWBERRY FILLED MUFFIN4PK (0.875 kg) £ 1.40 £ 1.23
1 x 7 UP LEMON & LIME 2 LTR BTL £ 1.79 £ 1.00
1 x TESCO FINEST ROAST POTATOES 450G £ 2.00 £ 1.00
1 x T UNSMOKED GAMMON JOINT 1.5KG £ 7.84 N/A
1 x T UNSMOKED GAMMON JOINT 750G £ 4.00 N/A
Thought i would test the gammon but didnt work, neither have 3 different beef joints i have bought (think because its classed as welsh beef). Used up all my vouchers trying all these out including lamb so now have to start over with cash!:A You may be only one person in the world,
But you may also be the world to one person. :A0 -
Well, think I might pop out for a spot of shopping. Bit worried though as I am starving and that usually makes me buy instant snack food. Will have to stick carefully to my list of boring stuff like toothpaste and fabric conditioner:(.0

I am not really using the offer as it was designed because I'm a MSE and I am taking advantage of the differences. But I will stick to the limits, Tesco have created, because I play to the rules.
Gosh I find it hard to believe anyone in this frame of mind would be on this thread - have you read about the good things people are doing - the good things this promotion is allowing them to do - in essence yes I am doing more than 5 x £20 DTD shops a month but Im doing them so I can take Easter Eggs - about 45 of them actually - to a local kids hospice on Friday - given the idea by another MSE'r who posted on her, Ive taken the old fella across the road some treats he might not have had, Ill use a lot of the toiletries and chocolate treats to put in Shoeboxes for soldiers overseas, Ive dropped off dishwasher tablets and tea/biscuits at the Salvation Army next door to my Sons school and dog/cat food in the local sanctuary - So many on here are able to do nice things for others that we would like to do all the time but might not be able to afford to do so as often as we'd like.
My advice to you - if you dont like what people say on here and how people are acting - stay on your very high horse and spit your venom from so far up there that it never actually lands on any of us please.0 -
Yes but the situation is that none of us can carry on doing shopping forever. I've been doing it for about a month or longer, and even I'm starting to scale back a bit now. I mean there is only so much you can buy. I have all the Spirits in for about the next two years - Wine in abundance, and if I bought any more smelly stuff I'd be questioning my masculinity.
The house has never been cleaner. I could eat my lamb off the floor and my dishes look like they were bought yesterday.
Add to that I've put on about 1/2 stone - which I'm now looking to shift, it just can't go on. Mr T will be well aware of that too.;)
really???
i have a garage full of cleaning stuff but have done zero cleaning since this all started!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!0 -
