    In my HHC I:

Emptied all bins and recycling put out.
    Cleaned downstairs loo
    Prepped bolognaise base for dinner.
    Cleared hallway of gibble

Doesn't seem like much, but it feels good. Especially as I said I wasn't going to get any flying done today and I'm not normally even out of bed.:T

Hello again everyone.....:o Sorry I have not been about much. I am really lacking in motivation and energy but really need to get my house sorted out as it is making me miserable. I have just been told by my doc that she thinks it is highly probable I have postnatal depression. So.....I will be aiming for level one each day for the moment. Problem is I have so much clutter that even level one tasks seem to take hours, this is as well as looking after three under fours. Any advice really would be welcome as I cannot seem to stick at anything at the moment :( I have read the first pages and the welcome message from when I joined before.

    Have a hug
    Don't be hard on yourself
I'm glad you spoke to the GP
Is there any chance of any help either with the housework or with somebody else looking after the kids?
This time really will pass and you will have years ahead to do housework. Enjoy the kids whilst they are little.

I agree dot-to-dot is probably the way to go for you or you'll wear yourself out.

    Plan for the day:
    [STRIKE]Sort washing and put on
    dust downstairs[/STRIKE]
    S&S bathroom/shower room/kitchen
    Cricket shoes DS1
    English study DS2
    [STRIKE]Trumpet and[/STRIKE] comprehension DS3
    Sort one strawberry bed
    Research compost
    Meal plan for 4 days
    meat order
    print cc statement
    check statements
    [STRIKE]check list for DS3 trip[/STRIKE]

Rhys's next size of clothes are down from the attic and in the wm now. I've sorted through all of my clothes and thrown out any that are way past there best. I did go up to the attic to find the summer clothes but so far no luck, i know there up there somewhere.

Grabbin a coffee now and then i'm gonna tackle the filing cabinet that is over flowing. :o
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
