I would definitely leave neg feedback in this case, even had the cheek of requesting a mutual cancellation to save herself FVF...
also you should contact ebay to report a non performing seller, not sure how you do it, I'm sure someone will be able to tell you0 -
I don't often say this but....NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. Something along the lines of "Welched out of deal because it didn't fetch what they wanted"0

Thanks guys, i have left negative feedback, and she has re-listed the dress with a starting bid of £3.00 now, feel sorry for the person who wins that for that price, no doubt she will want more than £3.00 for it.0

I agree, if she only really wants £3 for it then it hardly seemed worth the bother of upsetting you for the sake of the £2.01 difference. It doies rather imply that she wants more and so might go through this whole rigmarole again, assuming of course anyone actually bothers to bid..if they didn't bid against you at 99p then perhaps that was all the dress was worth?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. £30 used dresses don't sell for very much on ebay unless they are a sale buy from Boden or Coast or somewhere like that. Ebay is filled with used cheap dresses. £3 would be about right as a starting price, but like Soolin has said, hardly worth the neg from you for a couple of quid less fees.0

In my experience when selling my own stuff, you can never tell what you are going to get.
I had something not selling one week, relisted at a much lower price and it went for a good sum.
On the other hand I've had stuff going for 0.99p, and in one case I even miscalculated postage and end up making a loss!
But whatever the price they all receive the item promptly, well packaged and with a smile0 -
Give us the link so we can all watch it and get her excited
I've left a few negs recently for sellers who refuse to sell me stuff for 99p.
One was an alloy wheel and tyre that was as new, but as I won it for 99p the seller messaged me saying the wheel had a crack in it and they didnt want to sell it to me.
I replied with "I work for a wheel refurbishing company so it doesnt matter - when can I collect, thanks.."0 -
How annoying! I wouldn't mind having the link too, if you don't mind OP.0
