Esther I think its great that you post even if you have done little or no housework. Id hate it if we all posted only when we have done all the housework. Id miss reading the threads.

Hello
Just a quick update
Kids washed the car and each other!!
Went to MrT and took full advantage of the crazy price on Homepride Pasta Bake [Tuna and Tomato & Herb] for 40p each, also returned jeans and bought jogger pants for DS
Kept DD occupied with a painting by numbers of a horse - she's still doing it 2.5 hrs later
Washing done
Haven't cleared the LR - honestly, it wouldn't take long to do but zzzzz's were calling so snuck 30 mins on the sofa whilst kids were busy. Still can't decide what to do with the Piano Stool so not doing anything to it yet - will recover the seat though
Still haven't started packing - must, must do this or I'll stress meself out on Sunday and end up with a headache lol
Have a nice evening everyone
Helen x

Hello all,
Hope everyone is OK. :A
CBA in spades here...
A really busy period at work is looming, so have recided to the state of the house as is till end of summer....
Maybe September will be better and then it's nearly you-know-what-beginning-with-a-C..... which is the only time of year my house is spotless and tidy.
I'm just trying to keep the black dogs / grey clouds away at the moment.
(now you all know why i haven't posted much... depressing)
Love,
Sentora

Hello Messies!
Thank you for the wise words and hugs whilst the dark clouds hung low over ExTrolly towers! OH realised it was a bad day and whisked the kids away to work he's SE it gave me some headspace and allowed me to potter and tidy and hoover the LR and catch up on some sleep credits, he even got KFC for tea! Bless him! DS up during the night unwell and then DD too. I ended up awake until 3.35.
DS at nursery this am and my fairy godmother Angela from the children's centre came to help for an hour. We tackled DS & DD's shared room and can now see the floor. Created a bin bag of rubbish, found lots of lost items and created another load for the WM. My dad called round today, it's his birthday. He was ok and I didn't allow him to upset me this time. OH took DS to GP's as he's constantly crying with pain, still got nasty ear infection and now got extremely strong anti biotics. OH went to Mr A and hit the reduced counter curries at 50p each and 3 blackcurrant cheescakes for 10p!! Tea sorted! No good for Parsniphead. I tried curry and then horizontal jogging which my OH compared to climbing the north face of the Eiger!! It worked and we laughed so much too!;);)
Got two loads done and dried. Talked to OH about the dreaded kitchen and agreed to change round the contents in the only two wall units we have. It will make the kitchen run better, can't believe that I haven't done anything the last 20 years! Hope to tackle some of it over the weekend.
I can't believe you're using the C word!! I was only thinking about it myself this aft. I have made a pledge to myself to be organised for the big event this year home wise and financially.
How do you get a homepage Hart? will have to try and find yours. Racing sounds fun, went to Wetherby 7 yrs ago for twixmas meet it was great. Esther chin up, you are taking babysteps. Snookey saw an ad for the Wii on tv this eve looks good, keep up the good work!! Hugs to those who need one and well done to everyone for babysteps. HelenJelly do you rent your kids out, my car is filthy!
Sorry for the long post and my ramblings. Where is Budding Blonde and Taliahmai?0
