I love my Fitflop and I have a pair of fitflop ankle boots too. I have flat feet and musculoskeletal (sp) issues with my legs. I have real issues with any shoes and fitflops make me feel 'normal' lol. can't wait for the sales to buy some more. Well worth it IMO0

I got my fitflops after I ripped my ankle tendon. My physio recommended them as "they make you walk upright" - and she wore them too!
I now have um, 4 pairs and I love them.
Can't say I noticed any real difference in my muscle tone, but my feet don't hurt, and I've never had any blisters. Saying that, when I wear them walking to work, I have no problems, but when I don't wear them, I have aching calves for the morning having walked uphill.0 -
I would love a pair but really cannot justify paying that much for a pair of flipflops. I keep looking to see if they are in the sale anywhere but they never seem to get below about £30 a pair!0

Avon are currently selling their own version of fitflops for £15. I've been wearing mine for about a month now and they are incredibly comfortable. I can't say I've noticed if they have anytoning benefits yet but it's probably too soon to say, although the first week or two I had slightly achy calf muscles after wearing them for long periods so maybe that is them doing some good.Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.0

They tend to go down to about £17 - £20 over the winter I find, they really are much more solid than your average flipflops, I think they are good value when reduced as I live in them and they are fine for a couple of years xx0 -
I don't usually wear flip flops as I have flat, narrow feet and a varicose vein so having to work to keep the shoes on bothers me. Does anyone know if the shoes (the ones like sneakers that lace up) are any good? Or are fitflops easier to keep on your feet? I usually always wear sandals with adjustable straps and backs to them...
Thanks xx0 -
