  • Well..... They are the best mince pies I'm the world!

:rotfl: my DD and I made these on Sunday and you are right, they are lovely. We made sooooo many that DH took (20) into work with him today and he has rung saying everyone loved them and the ladies were raving over the pastry! :j
  • I have made 36 of these and the boyf is raving about them! Going to put some in the freezer otherwise they will never make it to the weekend! Taking some for tea at his mum's on Saturday with his family. Will make more next week for the freezer. Boyf has also asked for some to take to work for the last week of the year!

Huge demand! Very yummy though :D

My DH took some to work earlier this week and they are all asking if I can make some more......good job I bought 3 x 1.5kg tubs for 10p each in January this year!

Looks like I will be mince pie making all say Saturday :rotfl:

My friend came round for coffee today and she ate 4!! I need to go and get some more mincemeat as the remaining mince pies will probably all be eaten this weekend as family are over from Sweden.

I will probably be doing the same as you but on Sunday! :T
