e2save cheque back claim declined

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had problems with e2save declining their e2save cheque back. I am having problems with my clain as e2save redemption team wrote back to me saying my claim was sent out of the time stated and therefore it had been declined and that i can make a appeal against it.

Due to unforeseen circumstances i had sent out my clain on 26th October 2006 by recorder delivery. I had sent it to the wednesbury office. They received my clain on the 31st October at the Dunstable office

By that i understand they had redirected my claim from one office to the other which means it is their fault my claim reached them on the 31st and not the 30th october

Has anyone else had a similar problem like that? Any advice on my appeals letter would be highly greatful.

I have learned claims to Dunstable go direct and quick.
    Without any postcode/address confusion.

    Always use this address.....
    E2save.com
    Redemptions
    P.O. Box 4311
    Dunstable
    LU6 9BJ
  • thats the address stated on the vouchers so why didnt u use it?

On another issue i got my phone on the 26th of nov and first bill on 28th november from e2save and have to firstly send the 6th bill, does this mean i send the bill on 28th april? thanks

On old coupons there was old address.
On some older coupons there was old address with wrong post code.
So much to confuse.... good that they now have 1 address with right post code.

I would suggest you to sign up on mycarphonewarehouse.com for bills via email.
They put Invoice Number on those bills.

So it will be easy for you to check and send the bill that says
    "Invoice No: 6"
Also that will be a proof that you are sending right bill without any doubt.

Yes they accept prints of bills that come through emails.

My family sent two claims in one recorded envelope and one was refused as they should be in separate envelopes...

I've never had a problem with them but replies like that irritate the hell out of me.
  • My claim vouchers had Wednesbury on them too. Sent my final one less than a week ago, and got a text today comfirming its been accepted.

    when did your contract start?
when did you get your first bill?
and what bill are you claiming for?

if it was one day out then it seems rather unfair and you will need to threaten legal action.. but before that make sure you have done everything correctly.
    ummm...
  • my contract started on the 25th May 2005. My first bill was sent out on the 6th June 2006. I sent out my August bill in october as stated on my cash back info.

Please give me more info on how i can threaten them with legal action.
