They did not cut you off after 3 days.
Your bill is sent to you 2 weeks before payment will be taken (or is due). so they actually cut you off after 17 days of notifieng you of charges.
If you had a problem you had 2 weeks after the bill was produced to contact them and you didn't.
Also if you speak to CS and they add a note to say you can pay late. The barring system is automated, the note is there so when you call them they can manually unbar you.
You think a network with millions of customers has people manually checking if you are payed?
Also if you consistently can't pay bills on time lord knows why you got another line connected.0 -

In relation to your service bars query, where a customer has bar placed on their account due to late/non-payment of account, all voice, text and data services are blocked apart from access to emergency services.
As has been previously posted by grumbler, there are alternative payment methods to pay your bill, including online, calling 08700 700 191 from an alternative number, or in any UK bank by GIRO slip.
