Pixie - Ooh 2 weeks off, lovely I can't wait until the bank holidays start as I will be off then too!

DNMS - Omg, I am so sorry to hear that! You've had such a run of bad luck lately - all the car troubles wiping out your savings, & now this that your luck has got to turn around soon! Stay your usual happy positive self hun, & have a dodgy hug too :grouphug:
Stitchy - I admire you have the guts to say to your boss you hate the admin side of your job, I think I'd just silently suffer Do you know what he plans to do about it?

Today's plan:-

• [STRIKE]Heating off as long as possible[/STRIKE]
• [STRIKE] Make use of free coffee/water/milk etc at work[/STRIKE]
• [STRIKE]Lunch is leftover pizza, mmm[/STRIKE]
• Dinner from meal plan - must use that mince tonight! Didn't stick to meal plan as decided to have a BBQ...but did use up mince!
• [STRIKE]Check for surveys[/STRIKE]
• Enter comps
• [STRIKE]Log calories on free app[/STRIKE]
• [STRIKE]Log expenditure on free app[/STRIKE] - aiming for a NSD though - Ended up spending 76p on bread rolls...not good, but not as bad as it could be!
• [STRIKE]Charge phone at work[/STRIKE]
• [STRIKE]Check cashback site[/STRIKE]
• [STRIKE]Check online banking[/STRIKE]
• [STRIKE]Check ebay to see if I can close my case - someone hasn't paid me...[/STRIKE]

Sun is shining here again, supposed to be nice over the weekend. So after the epic spring tidying I am thinking of going out somewhere for a nice long walk.

Today I will:

Check surveys - these have been a bit quiet of late
Keep an eye on Ebay - 5 of the items have bids.
Homemade lunch
Charge phone and ipod at work
Walk home
Yoga practice
Clothes was on economy setting
Finish covering letter for first job application
Wait for DH to get home

Erme, good luck with no smoking, I gave up 2 years ago - so worth it

I'm off to work at lunchtime today, got to wait for my soil to be delivered so I can fill up my raised beds and get things planted this weekend as the weather looks quite good :T So whilst waiting this morning I will:

Catch up with the ironing from yesterdays washing
heating will be off all day (only on for a bit at night now :j )
Clean the kitchen
Sort through the fridge and plan some meals from whats in there as veggie box was delivered Wednesday :eek:
Collected car trailer last night and filled it up with garden waste already this morning to take to the tip
I will also plant some more seeds tonight (maybe, I get a feeling I won't be home from work until at least 7pm... )

My job title is "Systems Analyst". Essentially I look at ways of automating processes that are currently done manually, and improving those processes that are already automated; then test the software when it is developed.

Heading back home tonight, so I raided the hotel room of its toiletries and tea/coffee etc this morning. Going to see Peter Kay tonight, so I'm going to finish early this afternoon, get the train back to the Midlands and, hopefully, get the washing on and outside while its still nice enough to get it dried (fingers crossed).

Today I am finally debt free after about 20 years thanks to everyone for sharing their tips. :j

Today I will:

• Check banking
• make final payment to challenge and be debt free
• washing out to line dry

I think he had to ask because of me bursting into tears on Monday

He's offered to take me off reception but that wouldn't be fair on the other administrators. Basically there's nothing we can do because I can't afford to go down to a two day week, at least until my loan is paid off in September.

If my business took off I could use that as an excuse, but I need some orders to roll in first. Any takers????
