Have cleaned and sorted DS2s bedroom and made the bed up in case he comes home this holiday! Also sorted some carp in the garage and put most of it in the bin. There were 4 demijons of home brew in there that tasted disgusting so that has gone down the sink (probably better than drain cleaner) and cleaned the outside of the freezer. Have cleaned all the wooden floors (all the downstairs!) as I have no hoover (did I mention that?) so they have had a good wash.

Had hm soup from the freezer for lunch - trying to run the freezer down to give it a good clean, cauli and broccoli cheese for tea. I am not shopping until everything is used up.

    Take care. XX

    Rightio,
Got the 3rd wash load on the line as we speak. Did a big heavy towel load and it is all dried and put away.

Am just about to attempt Frickadellen. Wish me luck. I'll report back tomorrow. Couldn't get chicken mince so am using turkey mince. Hey ho:)

Hugs to all who need or want,
Oh, and NPM I am so glad that the melatonin is having a good result on sleep patterns. Lack of sleep is a form of torture and makes daily life very hard to cope with. All the best :)

Off I go to do battle in the kitchen, Silver x

Busy day again - we woke to a rather damp Snug! The radiator has rusted through and was leaking on the carpet. Not a lot we can do about it till the weekend, but this morning I got to vax up lots of dirty water.

Out for a picnic in the park after school - glorious sunshine. Just trying to catch up with my jobs now.

    Evening all

NPM glad the melatonin is working
Bitsy - aww gutted for you re forest school

Another one having a beautiful day here (sorry JackieG!), such a change from the early half of week! :D long may it continue, I feel so much happy when it's sunny.

Well today I had my 4th and final observed teaching for my PGCE, and I aced it :j. Such a relief that they are all done now! I did a session on CV Planning, work kids worked very hard and played along with all my activities. I paid them with sausage rolls and haribo ;) :rotfl:.

After that I then had uni, 5 hours flew by. We had to do a group presentation on Health & Safety law (yawn!) but made ours fun by bringing in props from our jobs - I brought helmet and climbing harness, a lady who is a midwife brought scrubs and goggles etc.

OS wise - WM went on this morning, DW full and will go on in a minute, made packed lunch for tomorrow. Had a lovely omlette for tea.

    Have a great evening all

    Evening all.

The sun did make a short appearance this afternoon. I went for a 2hour nap :o and when I woke I thought it was tomorrow :o The boys were fine though, they had lunch, played their Xbox, played with the dog outside and had some grapes. Bad mum.

Sistercas Diva's fabulous peanut butter cookies are in the recipe pages of the Grocery Challenge. :)

Off to get my dinner, I am running about three hours behind myself now, but feel much better for having had a slep. The spots are beginning to subside now too :j

    Have a nice evening.
