    The explorer.exe and iexplore.exe are both just Rkill - don't delete them as they are harmless. Sometimes they will show up as suspicious but you can safely ignore that.

    What are the two threats? What file, and what does it think is wrong with them?

    The other threat is Dell System software. Perhaps the same thing?

    Indications that both files are threats but culd be benign. The digital signature on one file is invalid, the other contains a high amount of malware related properties. potentially malicious software, that is the explore.exe
