I suspect you will not be able to download the file but try

iExplore.exe Download Link

When at the download page, scroll down and click on the click on the link labeled eXplorer.exe download link . When you are prompted where to save it, please save it on your desktop

if this runs ( a black box will open and kill some running processes) then do not restart the PC but straight away

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, or MBAM, from the following location and save it to your desktop:

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Download Link (Download page will open in a new window)

install it , update it and do a full scan

It has found no malicious files but says it has stability issues. Its offering repair and replace faulty files. Should I trust it?

No that's the rogue/fake application that has infected the computer. Ignore it.

I have now got the black box from the 2nd link and it is preparing Rkill

This log file is located at C:\rkill.log.
Please post this only if requested to by the person helping you.
Otherwise you can close this log when you wish.
