I have also had £69.95 taken from my account & now my Car insurance missed its payment. !

How were you ever going to make any repayments toward this loan if you have nothing in your account??

Apart from pointless ringing random phone numbers, have you considered reading their T&C's at all?
The whole point of them is to have a read through and see if they are offering the product you are looking for...

    5. Membership Fees
5.1 A one off Joining fee of currently no more than £69.95, is payable in all cases. On submission of your membership application you will be automatically charged by a direct charge to the debit/credit card you provided and authorised on application.
5.2 An ongoing membership fee of £9.95 is payable monthly until such time as you decide to cancel your membership.

Okay - There it is. It doesn't sound like what you were looking for at all, still, you went ahead anyway... Let's see if we can find an address
    6. Termination or Cancellation of Membership
6.1 A Member may terminate or cancel their membership within 14 days of inception by:
6.1.1 Requesting cancellation in writing to the following address: Ezeloans.net, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7RS
6.2 We reserve the right to terminate or cancel this Agreement at any time.
6.3 Entitlement to access, make use of or benefit from, the Membership including the Credit Reporting Service shall cease.
6.4 With regard to payments set up by Credit or Debit Card, if Your payment declines we will attempt to take the payment from the card until we are notified that You wish us to cancel such attempts. Written confirmation may be required.

    Aha! found it.

I recommend you follow the very instructions they have provided, it does not say telephone anyone, nor fax anyone.

There are many companies like this. They are brokers but make their sites sort of seem like payday loan companies on first glance. People apply like they would on a PDL site and then get passed to another part of the site that gives them suggestions for PDL that might be suitable for them. Its during this time you will click on accept t+c and then get charged. They PDL they recommend are ones you can freely find yourself if you look about on the net. Usually the help centers either do not exists of are very hard to get hold of - usually get through to 'sectaries' that can't help. To get your money back write to them within 14 days (you usually have 14 day cooling off period) and state you don't require the service. Also, as many people have said most are run by the same company but have websites with various names. Power Loans is one that is particularly poor.

Although they are legit, they really seem to really on people not reading the T+C (they usually don't make a big deal about their fees) and its usually very vague as to what the product they are offering actually is. I think most people think they are getting a PDL, not info on what PDL are available to them.

Can I also state I got stung by Power Loans, was charged £69. After lots of calls I finally found out the only way I would get a refund was writing a letter. Did this and got money back within a few weeks. I say stung because I thought I was applying for a PDL - as that what was the site seemed to be offering and the button to see T+C was hidden as well as the fact there was a fee - upfront costs were not made clear. Also, the page redirected me to another page without me clicking anything before I could read what the actual products they were offering me were. Finally, phone or email contact details were almost IMPOSSIBLE to find, a sure sign of terrible customer service.
