Mention that you read about it in The Times if you dont have a letter and they ask how you found out about it.0 -

I used it at the time to open an Incentive Saver, which was easy to do, but now I would like to give the phone number to someone else, but I can't find it. Many thanks in advance.
I think the post you are looking for is http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=43659670&postcount=110 -
I decided to put the max in a cash ISA for a year (as I'd not moved any new money into ISAs this year, only transferred), and the rest, taking the balance of two my three Vantage accounts to £3000 to the new Coventry Poppy Online Saver. The upside of still having Vantage money available, is truely instant access.0

I'm keeping 3x5K in Vantage for the present. I guess this is just out of brand loyalty (crazy I know, but also ease of access I suppose). If they get down to 3x3K I'll think about transfer to an alternative 3% account (e.g. I've also got a Santander eSaver which, fingers crossed, hasn't caused me any grief...yet).0

I advise everyone who thinks they have Vantage to check that they actually have.
My OH applied online for Classic with Vantage (I have the screen prints to prove it) and the welcome letter is headed "Welcome to your new classic vantage account with Lloyds TSB" but they did not apply the Vantage option to the account.
Lloyds customer services have now agreed to credit the account with an estimate of the interest that should have been applied (£100) with just one phone call.
Just check that when logging it is states "Classic Vantage" above the sort code and account number, and not just "Classic".We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.

I don't think this works if you've changed the name of your account. i.e. mine are called Rainy Day and New Car, doesn't actually tell me the type of account at all, which is a bit wierd...thenudeone wrote: »I advise everyone who thinks they have Vantage to check that they actually have.
