i made the mistake of going in notts last week with 2 small children. The queues for the tills were nearly at the front entrance
i did buy a lovely bag that were on a display near the back entrance £4 reduced from £9 and it is black and white with a big white flower on.
I also bought a fab black day dress with white flowers on with buttons down the middle but on putting it on at home the buttons completely went to one side and not down the middle at all. they are so wonky and sewn completely wrong so it is going back as it looked really sillyi loved it as well and they can't be removed without spoiling the dress.

Is that one of the £5 summer dresses? I bought a cream one with black polka dots and gold buttons. When I wore it and my boyf said I didnt have it on properly  The buttons went off to the side and it looked like I couldnt dress myself! I returned it but not sure if theyre all like that!♥ Blogger at Victoria's Vintage Blog ♥0 -
No it was £9 and had white daisy type flowers on with also white dots on. If i could have tried it on i wouldn't have bought it but there was no chance with 2 kids with me.
I will take it back to my local (not notts) but they have been quite funny with me in the past when i have took things back. They don't seem to mind if the item is just wrong size but they get really mardy if there is a fault.
I took a jumper back still with tags on as it had a hole in it and it was quite big, you couldn't miss it once on. The SA examined it for ages and held it up in the air and said mmm i can see daylight though it i surpose! so i exchanged it for another one and once i put it on again it ripped in the same place as the other one, so i went back again and she reluctantly gave me a refund.:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -

:AI have a love/hate relationship with Primark....
I LOVE their tights (XL size fit my long legs where I cannot get tights anywhere else) and their fleece PJ pants are fabulous - mine have been going for 2 years now and are still great. I don't think you can go wrong on their hair bands either - a few months ago I bought on for 25p and it would have been a few quid in Claire's.:j
but.... I HATE THE QUEUES! I am 31 now and swear that each time I go in that I will never manage to get out again before I reach 40!:eek:Debt as of 20th Aug 2009 -£6600 and falling :j0 -

i love the primark bedding ,it always washes lovely and takes very little ironing (can only be a good thing).:p
i bought a denim duvet set about 8 years ago and its still going strong and anyone who see's it always passes comment on it .
it seems to be a one of a kind as i have never seen one anything like it since.
i also love the kids jeans as my sone is 8 but the hight of a 10 year old so his jeans are always to big round the waist and the jeans they sell have the ajustable waist band which is fab,you can buy these type of jeans from gap ect but at a price.
i only wish they did bigger sizes (up to a 22) as nothing fits me
my husband loves the t-shirt range called cederwood as they always wash up lovely aswell.xxxxxx:j have a nice day0
