RESULT: Phoned HO. They rang store. Suggested a training issue - so hopefully this will help others - and an apology and a gift voucher on the way.

I should think so too, well done :T:T:T:T

Just spoke to Tesco cs re an outstanding voucher from 5/4.She was very pleasant and told me that if I check every day for the next week and it still hasnt come through I can send my receipt in.She explained that as there were no delays on processing at the moment and the longest has only ever been 5 days.I then said well this offer might be finished by the time I get my voucher and she said Oh no this is a long term promotion at the moment,so we shall see I will post as and if resolved.:(

hiya I think the ss has been updated incorrectly!

the colgate Plax has been crossed out but its still showing as £2.75 at T's and £1 at A's

seems that the psot refers to something else!

    Spreadsheet update

Sorry if someone has already posted but Colgate Max Fresh (green and blue) has now been price matched to Asda - £1.50 so no more DTD.

Can anyone help me with the Co-op voucher? I've just downloaded one, but can't see where it says Tesco will accept it. I noticed a few comments where they've been used.
    Thanks

I tried to use one in my local but I was told "Its not our policy to accept internet vouchers". :(
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

Without employing telepathic mind readers they'll struggle to implement this, I'd suspect the person you spoke to has no idea what they are talking about.

Just one more reason to use cash and various email addresses. And disguises :D
