    Definately agree, clubcards are out!

I've been doing one "normal" shop (i.e. carefully calculated to come back with DTD, but with other N/A or same price items) per week using my CC and usual credit card, staying within the £100 limit. All other DTD shops done with cash and no CC. Do you think this is ok or should I just forget the CC altogether? I really hate the "big brother" aspect of all this!!

Without employing telepathic mind readers they'll struggle to implement this, I'd suspect the person you spoke to has no idea what they are talking about.

    I agree.

It's either, as you say, or people are making it up to get a reaction.

Not saying that's the case in this instance but I am seeing more people scaremongering for their own purposes! ;)

Can anyone help me with the Co-op voucher? I've just downloaded one, but can't see where it says Tesco will accept it. I noticed a few comments where they've been used.
    Thanks
I can't download the coupon printer for this coupon - any ideas would be welcome!

Phoned Tesco last week to ask whether using a pricecheck voucher would affect the dtd value They refused to discuss it and advised the t&C's were being revised.

But they did confirm that if you knowingly buy something that is cheaper in asda, they would refuse to honour the dtd. I take this as meaning you can get dtd on an item once only, buy the same thing the next day and you will not get dtd.

I think this just means that by buying something that you know to be dtd you are not "entering into the spirit" of the scheme. Their is absolutely no way they could stop it. They could check at the till what you had bought on the previous shop by looking at your receipt and not let you buy it again. But once that receipt has gone you could buy it again. It would just mean rotating what you buy:)

    Morning,

The latest DOWNLOADABLE SPREADSHEET UPDATE is now available, in post’s two and three top of the thread
As the live spreadsheet is now up and running, please try to keep your time on the download links to a minimum, as if too many people are viewing others get stuck in basic view mode, which makes it hard to view many of the important notes the spreadsheet contains.

It only takes a minute for you to download the spreadsheet to your own computer, which will then enable you to use all the features it contains.

As usual all links to the now outdated spreadsheet will be killed at 12:30

Also before using the links kindly hosted by Scotsgirl, and SylvieDee, let’s not forget our manners and take a second to thank them for the time they have spent updating the spreadsheet, and providing everyone with the means to access it.

A big thanks to all those who check their confirmed receipts against the Live Spreadsheet. Especially those who highlight changes which need to be made with a nice bright SPREADSHEET UPDATE ;)

Doing this really helps us to keep things as up to date as possible :T:T

    Happy DTDing everyone biggrin.gif

Many thanks to you, Scotsgirl, SylvieDee and everybody else who has contributed to this thread. :T:T:beer::T:T

Tesco's DTD has been a ball so far :D

It's fine to use CC for your £100 limit (though don't go too close), and then just make all other DTD cash and separate email addys if poss.

I think that's fine, I just get so confused with what I've used for what:) That I've decided to eliminate my card altogether! I'm a bit dizzy at the best of times:rotfl:
