But they only changed their mind when it wasn't free, they didn't change their mind about wanting the actual product or they wouldn't have bought it in the first place. Some you win and some you lose, I've got £7.14 worth of 340g boxes of paxo stuffing that was n/f in my cupboard and wouldn't dream of taking it back. Just build up the voucher back to £20 with lamb, betty crocker (which the oh loves) and other profitable products0 -

Vikki. I agree with you. I've been doing this a month now and have a few bits that were n/f. Probably adding up to £20 or more. But all I have taken back were a couple of batteries - and since then have decided not to bother taking anything back.
It has helped keep my head below the radar so far, and long may it continue.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -
