Stebiz, main news is that there are reports of some tesco's tracking down DTD'ers using CCTV then refusing to accept any more vouchers from them, and also security writing down number plates, seems abit extreme but thats whats been said

Like it. Just gives that bit more of excitement. Will this do okay?

    Nope.

Most T staff won't be bothered

Any thoughts how best to ensure this goes through fine? Was considering redeeming it to a delivery rather than face CS directly :o
I'm within my limits, the only T/C I may be breaking is the spirit one which subjective, so I'm not going anything wrong, its just that I don't really want to loose £20 just because someone decided I was doing well from something!

At last, somebody who gives a rational answer.

    Thanks

Its not necesarily rational - it just happens to be the answer you wanted so I suppose you feel justified now. There is still no need to be rude to those who happen to disagree.

    That's just great!
I finally locate the Betty Crocker and the woman decides to sign both receipts :S
She's only done it at the very top though - above where it says TESCO.
Guess that means its dead? :(

Give it a whirl, just fold the receipt so the bottom numbers are visible. I've done this from the start to 'cover' the fact the last shop was almost 100% paid for with a coupon - not had one Supervisor unfold it yet.

blu rays are not comparable, Tesco are only comparing grocery items

Not true, or at least it wasn't a fortnight ago. I got The Social Network compared and saved £6 or so on Tesco's price. It's now on eBay if anyone wants to bid!

Just had a nasty experience in my local Tesco. Chose my items carefully, first checking on internet before I shopped. Used a DTD voucher to pay. Nice CS lady called her supervisor to check receipt against voucher. She duely looked me up and down and said she had to go and 'check' as there was a digit missing on one part. When she came back, after about 5 mins, she asked me why I hadn't used my clubcard and had I got it with me. I had my purse open waiting to pay the additional £1.70 and she spotted my clubcard credit card and said she couldn't accept the voucher without using my clubcard! She was extreemley rude and looked at me like a piece of dirt. I gave my credit card to the CS lady to scan whilst her supervisor pretended to be 'busy' at the next till. I have a feeling she will have taken my details from the till in order to stop me getting another voucher! Grrrrrrrr!

Learn by your mistakes. Don't be harsh on yourself. We all make mistakes. My card is staying in the car from now on.

If the numbers do not match (which has happened) they should call CS with receipt details to check it is genuine
