Yawn! Are you always this boring?

You asked a question and I answered it without being rude (which is more than I can say for you!). If you ask a question then you need to accept that the answer may not be what you want and there is absolutely no reason for you to resort to insults.

I've made many mistakes and never taken a thing back, however, Tesco do allow returns, and assuming no terms of dtd promotion are broken, and I need/want to take an item back I would do it and deal with it with Tesco type thing. I was certain the items were wrongly priced in my case (and still am). I think though the promotion does allow returns, as long as you are upfront about having used a voucher and only get a moneycard...I think (but I'd check instore)

Agreed - i didnt get any DTD voucher on my receipt so hubby returned and said Id made a mistake on offer but no gain was made - if it was mistake of under £10 Id wear it and fair cop but I got excited and thought I was getting £60 of wine for zilch - no such luck!!!!!

Just had a nasty experience in my local Tesco. Chose my items carefully, first checking on internet before I shopped. Used a DTD voucher to pay. Nice CS lady called her supervisor to check receipt against voucher. She duely looked me up and down and said she had to go and 'check' as there was a digit missing on one part. When she came back, after about 5 mins, she asked me why I hadn't used my clubcard and had I got it with me. I had my purse open waiting to pay the additional £1.70 and she spotted my clubcard credit card and said she couldn't accept the voucher without using my clubcard! She was extreemley rude and looked at me like a piece of dirt. I gave my credit card to the CS lady to scan whilst her supervisor pretended to be 'busy' at the next till. I have a feeling she will have taken my details from the till in order to stop me getting another voucher! Grrrrrrrr!
