    ouch :(

just thinking....what was the total expected for your pops 5 receipts?

I can see how it's happened on that acc I think..... because all 5 went in together on one email addy/same day it's somehow triggered the £100 cap

They were all around 18 mark but i think you might be right doing all receipts to one addy on one day is obviously a huge prob - lesson learned - Ive emailed to see if they can look again but ill have to take the hit and share some of mine generated from new cash if thats the case!

Did you get a coupon from one email address and then redeem it in store, then use that receipt to claim a new DTD voucher with a different email address?

I'm working on the theory that they can track vouchers allocated to one email address and see them being used (and a new voucher claimed) against another email address.

maybe I'm just trying to be too clever!!! :(

I wondered that but a chap on here said the barcode is standard same for everyone so impossible to link without the back up paper copy which woudn't have been tallied so soon - can you imagine how many there must be!

Especially if receipts are consecutive numbers from the same store!

they werent - they were all different stores and 2 Sunday - 3 Monday - I think boo is right - put in on same day from 1 addy is bad idea!

Have 4 vouchers here and all have different barcodes.

Thanks - I have no idea whats gone wrong that time but in any event I think just putting one of two on an email address at a time has worked before - just creates less fuss I guess!
