Oh, that is awful. You should definitely complain, poor thing.
Have a hug xoxoxo
Wouldn't it have been better to buy it without him knowing, and only let him see it after DTD is confirmed? It must be hard for a small child to understand if it's taken away from him.Anyway, I hope you do get DTD and he can have it.
Jealousy shows itself in many ways. Try and stand your ground and I can assure you you are not the only one, it happened to my friend yesterday but she confronted her with I think you are being rude and she soon stepped back.
Please don't let this upset you to much.0 -
Hi all I've just got my first voucher from last night's shop and all I can say is wow! it works I can't thank you enough MSE the potential is endless.
3 X Nescafe Gold Blend refill 150g T 4.25 each A 2.00 each
2 X Lynx Shower gel T 2.37 each A 1.00 each
Tesco total spend £17.49
Asda equivalent £8.00
Tesco more expensive by £9.49
DTD voucher issued for £18.98
I hear people on here mention about having to buy at least 1 item which would not qualify for DTD to get the voucher but not the case here and the voucher itself doesn't mention what items the voucher is for so unless the store staff can price check each item themselves I can't see how this is the case.
Also I am using credit card for purchases if I do more than 10 receipts a month or £100 a week (using different email addresses because "they are not all for me" ahem) could/will this credit card be linked to me as one person.
Great thread.
Why the hell would you use a credit card...just get out a tenner and with your voucher you are only going to spend a couple of quid each time maximum if you get the right stuff.0 -
It shouldn't be a problem
One household I know of used up their entire months vouchers on nothing but razors
thanks everyone who replied - i've told him to do one shop then go put it all in the car and if he's feeling brave do a second, i think two baskets at once might tip him over the edge - i hope they're gentle with himDon’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.

These have just been reduced and are available on ASDA Groceries site. No idea how much they are in Tesco but if someone would be kind enough to check if they are going tonight, that'd be great.
I've previously had several blu-rays, DVDs and games matched and received DTD on them, so I'm quite excited by these!10 Ways to Spend All Your Student Loan In A Week0
