I know, Its absolutely awful the way the staff treat you!
I have used 2 vouchers, ( or tried to ) in 2 weeks, taken over to CS and been made to stand for 20 mins waiting for superviser to get through on phone to whoever.
No apologies either time, just snide looks and nudging with other staff..
Definately will not be using tesco after vouchers finish.
    If they ever come through!!!!

I know! They really take their time getting supervisors etc. I receieved no apology yesterday either which drove me mad esp as i had ice creams in my trolley!

Still, like people have said on here, my little 11 year old piped out with how the value of my shopping yesterday was the same as what the hag SA got in half a day! Bless. Think i will treat her to some pancakes tonight. Anyone got any spare?!!;)

Had truly hideous experience yesterday at Tesco, so much so i ended up crying on the way home. Felt so ashamed, but i'm sure you all know how the staff at Tesco can get to you. Apologies to anyone on here who might work there, but they really are the rudest, obnoxious SA's i ever come across and i thought that even before this whole voucher thing.
Complained when i got home, which i have never done before.
Anyway went in again this morning, went to the self service checkout and the SA from yesterday came over and started making snidey comments to the SA on the self service. You know, the usual - i'm a scab, i come in every other day with my vouchers etc. The thing is this time i only went in for some treats for my daughter to sell at her schools "help Japan" cake sale!
Grrrr dont know whether to complain as it is her word against mine. Upset me, but has made me more determined than ever to get the best deals i can out of this.
Once my vouchers are up, i will never set foot in Tesco.

this is outrageous definatlly complain expali to cs that you shop for other family members etc, if she served you the day before tesco should be able to trace who she is, completely out of order tesco will most likely send you a voucher, when you used it hopefully she will apear and you can tell her head office gave it to you because of rude behaviour of its staff, wholl have the last laugh !!! dont let it put you off honey

You may want to double check the math on that one.

For a quick calculation in the head, subtract the price difference £3.83 from the ASDA price of £10.00 = £6.17

I find this is the easiest way for my brain to quickly double check prices HTH :)
