I am really sorry to hear all the stories of horrible SA and stores:( I have just been to my local metro, list in hand and knew how much it come to. it came to more than I had calculated but thought oh well maybe something has gone up - more dtd. when I got back to the car I noticed that there was toilet tissue on my receipt and I definitely hadn't bought it. help I thought that will affect my dtd! so i went back in and explained it was on my receipt and I hadn't bought it. they were great and once they realised the problem they said they would refund it. I said actually i wanted to put just my 3 items through the price checker so would it be possible to refund the lot and I just rebuy the 3 items. the SA was lovely and did this no problem. luckily I had paid cash:rotfl:

very odd, how can they put something on you haven't bought. Was it the first thing on the receipt so carried over from last customer?

Had truly hideous experience yesterday at Tesco, so much so i ended up crying on the way home. Felt so ashamed, but i'm sure you all know how the staff at Tesco can get to you. Apologies to anyone on here who might work there, but they really are the rudest, obnoxious SA's i ever come across and i thought that even before this whole voucher thing.
Complained when i got home, which i have never done before.
Anyway went in again this morning, went to the self service checkout and the SA from yesterday came over and started making snidey comments to the SA on the self service. You know, the usual - i'm a scab, i come in every other day with my vouchers etc. The thing is this time i only went in for some treats for my daughter to sell at her schools "help Japan" cake sale!
Grrrr dont know whether to complain as it is her word against mine. Upset me, but has made me more determined than ever to get the best deals i can out of this.
Once my vouchers are up, i will never set foot in Tesco.
I know, Its absolutely awful the way the staff treat you!
I have used 2 vouchers, ( or tried to ) in 2 weeks, taken over to CS and been made to stand for 20 mins waiting for superviser to get through on phone to whoever.
No apologies either time, just snide looks and nudging with other staff..
Definately will not be using tesco after vouchers finish.
    If they ever come through!!!!
