don't think this has been working for a couple of weeks. In fact it's now £8.24 in ASDA

Crikey, i sure i read yesterday that asda were doing three for ten, oh well it will pay me to take more attention in future.

    Thanks anyway.
    Keep right on :T

Eek I bought 2 of the Olay yesterday late afternoon, and ebtered the receipts yesterday evening. Does that mean I won't qualify for the DTD payment on them?

Tesco should price match on the day you bought.

I've added this question to the FAQs as it comes up a lot!

    Morning chaps

It is with regret that I inform you all that I have had a rude PM from gazwood, which I have pasted below.

With the most politeness I can muster, who the hell are you to hijack my thread and start part 3, who decided at what level it would restart, not even a private message out of courtesy, this was in hand with the board mod and start part three at 10000 posts again, do you have any explanation, I see you've done very well already with the thanks.
Not happy at all about this.

I have never before pasted a PM in public before, but then again, I've never had someone been so rude to me via PM either (maybe I have been lucky). gazwood, whatever you have to say can be said here. I'm not sure why you felt the need for a PM, apart from to say things that you would not say in the open. And what's the reference to my thanks count about?????? It comes across as petty, sorry to have to say it.

If I have offended you, then I am sorry. But you had not posted on the previous thread in FOUR DAYS, so naturally I thought that you must have been busy/away. I did say that I hoped nobody minded and thanked you in huge font at the top of post #1.

So, gazwood... the next move is up to you, since you feel that you 'own' the thread. If you want, you can start a new Part 3 thread and we can ask the mods to close this one. I am happy either way. I didn't start this thread to cause trouble and I want this resolved.

Seems incredibly petty and unnecessary and I hope is sorted amicably asap.

for the record I would just like to say thanks to gazwood for his input on the thread and thanks to Tara747 for hers - forget the turf war and lets enjoy the savings.

Just had a quick thought about the Friday debacle - when (IF) the vouchers finally come through, will they expire on April 29th? i.e 28 days after the shop?

That's a bit harsh if they do, as Tesco have delayed them by 4 days.

Only a minor gripe, but am thinking more about when the promotion ceases and spreading what I have left over several shops.
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)

ETA: I started this partly because there was a poster in Thread 2 worrying that she would never find the new thread and I wanted to post a link to it in the old thread so that she could follow us here.

No problem sweetheart, you have my blessing to continue, you ought to be a chessplayer, smart moves ;)
