Please keep this thread nice by not calling people idiots and greedy.
This deal can be pulled at any time so I take my hat off to anyone that can make the most of it while it lasts.
A lot of people are very hard up and struggle to make ends meet.
This deal has allowed these people (like me), to buy branded products they can't usually afford.
They are usually living on the breadline where these tesco bosses are millionaires, racking in profit over profit.
So I ask again, keep your opinions to yourself as this thread needs to be kept nice and friendly. Thank you.
I made sure not to point anybody out singularly with my comments, as that wouldn't be nice.
Many of us are struggling to keep our heads above water and that's why it's even more important to keep the good things going, but by abusing this offer for a couple of months with multiple emails and £hundreds of claims a month, it will pretty much guarantee it's removal, whereby respecting the limit, could very well see this thing continue for months and months.
Whether Tesco bosses are millionaire's, or not, is completely irrelevant. They are heading up a company making £billions of profit a year and are paid accordingly, like all fat cats in large corporations.
I'll make no further comment on the matter, but just wish people would use their noodle a bit sometimes.0 -
Just been this morning and hopefully did my first dtd shop!!
I bought Tetley teabags as they were on the spreadsheet however when going into tesco they were doing 50% free on these aswell have i mucked it up for myself now or does it still count as the same product??0 -
Disagree with your sentiments here, far too blase over a change of email address to crack on with another £100 or 2. It's exactly those sort of greedy p*ss takers that mess everything up for everybody else. Don't be fooled into thinking Tesco's don't know what's going on, they know exactly what people are doing and how often.
The bottom line is that Tesco's would probably be happy to allow a large number of people to have £100 worth of free shopping a month, a very nice touch for most of us, but then the idiots will move in, churning voucher after voucher, for £200 or £300 a month, then Tesco's will just pull the plug and we'll all lose out.
Absolute nonsense. I've been off the forum for a few weeks as I've been busy converting my loft as storage space for my Magners, shampoo, proglide razors and toothpaste.
I've had an amusing time trying to assist those who I alerted to this promotion by word of mouth. Most of my mates have never been near a computer in their life so trying to tell them how to take advantage has been interesting to say the least.
I know there was a whole debate about whether the spreadsheet should be public but I'd like to say that this is a God send for those who need it most. I print it off and give it to my elderly neighbours and tell them to make their shopping list up from that. They've never heard of the internet never mind MSE but they say to pass on their thanks. :T

£100 limit per month only really equates to £50 as the other half your over paying and could saved at Asda if u were to buy such shopping.
My shopping yesterday consisted of nothing that had less than/or equal to 50% price difference = 100% free shopping :jDTD - Doing Tesco Daily - while I still have vouchers!0 -
