On the pricecheck T&C's

1. The number of Price Check requests is limited to 10 per calendar month per household and the total amount of Price Check Vouchers that can be claimed is limited to £100 per calendar month per household.

It's worthwhile printing out the T&C's and carrying them with you. That way, if you do happen to get an ar**y manager, if you are within the £100/10 applications for that calendar month, (for whichever email addy you are using ), you can prove to him that he is wrong. If all else fails you can ring their customer service bods while you are instore, asking them to confirm what is on their website.

NB This should only be done in a store where you are not known (for all you travelling DTDers out there )

In your local store it is best to back down gracefully with a smile, go home and ring/email from there. Email is probably best, cos you can print out a hard copy of their reply to go with your copy of the T&C's.

This deal can be pulled at any time so I take my hat off to anyone that can make the most of it while it lasts.

A lot of people are very hard up and struggle to make ends meet.
This deal has allowed these people (like me), to buy branded products they can't usually afford.
They are usually living on the breadline where these tesco bosses are millionaires, racking in profit over profit.

I agree - the majority of posters are very helpful and friendly but those on the moral high ground casting aspersions about how others conduct themselves should just come on here for the deals and contribute if they find a new deal but keep opinions on what is or isnt proper to themselves. I dont think Tesco charging more for an 8 pack of something than they would for 2 x 4 packs is moral or right but they wouldnt give two hoots about my opinion. If I want to try to help my extended family make the best of these deals too I will. Can we not just stick to friendly exchanges?

I may go to tesco today with boys see if fairy still in offer is it normal size bottles?
Also twisters if they have any may see what can find, was going to take boys park anywY and we have to pass tesco, be a shame not to pop in lol

Mr T £2-25 Mr A £1-55 or 2 for £3 so i guess its best to buy 2 boxes which should give you dtd of £3

I stood staring at them yesterday, hadnt planned to get any coz I dont eat them, but oh loves a sausage or 6. I knew they were on dtd but couldnt remember if I had to buy 2

Also saw the Anadin joint pain......another dtd item hiding behind one of those hanging strip things (as was the Mateus) SEL said £2.50 instead of the £2/£1 I was expecting so left them alone too and got the 28p generic pack instead

Can you enlighten me on the twisters please- I got disheartened last night and logged off early at 8pm (eeek not that early then!)
