The numbers at the bottom of my voucher don't all match up to the receipt. I know I input the details in correctly. What if they kick up a fuss?

    Receipt says: 3/04/11 13:36 2187 1028 7128

    Voucher says: 03/04/11 01:36 02187 028 7128

    What to do?

CS will still accept it, but i'd suggest you edit out your numbers on here just to be on the safe side :p A lot of us have had this problem and had vouchers accepted no worries.

i used my voucher for £109.72 tonight. What a lot of hassle. Supervisor went off then had to phone someone to "verify" it, then she came back about 10 mins later and gave me a big lecture about how they have a £100 limit, to which i replied yes but I've been issued a voucher for £109..... she looked so annoyed, almost as if I was taking the money out of her pocket, She put the full voucher through and wrote a ton of stuff on my old receipt. Left me feeling really annoyed at Tescos and I shall be shopping in sainsburys in future!!! Still, managed to get a huge trolley of shopping for £11 :D

ooh well done! I'll tell one of my friends who is sitting on a £145 voucher but too scared to use it! (she forgot the bit where I said split your shopping...!) I'm thinking a small glass of Banrock Reserve may give us the (dutch) courage to go instore and try it... :D

I must sharpen my brain before I shop! I had my well-worked-out shopping list and as I was walking round I noticed the Finish All-In-1 56 box we had been discussing was on the shelf at £12.98 so (and here was mistake number one) I decided to wing a new list and try this one out to see if it worked. I carefully recalculated that, if this works, 2 Amore Yoghurts, a Vaseline and a bottle of Turner Road would add up to just over my £20 Voucher that I had to spend and would also give me another voucher tomorrow.

Then, on the shelf was a SEL of £9.99 for Turner Road.

So, on the hop again, I recalculated that I should buy the Dishwasher Tabs separately for cash then do a separate transaction using my existing voucher to buy the Turner Road, yoghurts and Vaseline with a Magnum to top it up.

Great, two large vouchers in the making......well, the Dishwasher Tabs scanned at £6.79  I couldn't say I didn't want it cos it was half price so I had to pay for it :rotfl:

Then, inevitably, the Turner Road only scanned as £4.99 :eek: So, I mumbled something about paying for that separately too.

Transaction three will be a bit more lucrative in the voucher department as those items definitely were DTD but that was paid by cash too as it wasn't enough to use my voucher :rotfl:

I'm currently drowning my sorrows with a nice glass of TR wondering what to do with 56 dishwasher tabs that cost me cold hard cash! And £4.99 for a bottle of wine? Not done that since before this promotion started :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Yesterday I accidently entered my dads email address incorrectly whilst inputting his receipt:eek:.Once id realised I thought I would just make him a new email in the incorrect name HORROR  someone already had it that meant a complete stranger was going to get the voucher,:eek:So I had a cunning plan ..............Type in the wrong email again and try to access the voucher HOOREY:j it was there ready to be printed. For all you in the know you will be aware what this means,so I would say dont advertise your email address.

As for complaints by store staff over vouchers, ask them to call the Cheshunt Branch as this is Mr Ts head office This seems to get the job done:T
