SS admins: Quick question... can't stuff that doesn't work anymore just be deleted or otherwise this is going to grow into one huuuuuuggggeeee document??

I agree with this although I don't use the SS myself, after taking a quick look yesterday and then all the shennanigans of last night. But I think just current deals would add more clarity for users.

I wonder if the managers' bonuses are affected by this deal and that's why some of them are taking it so personally??
The managers bonuses are affected yes, but positively for them!!

Turnover is up - that's part of the bonus

The store GP (gross profit %) is up as we are buying those overpriced high margin goods - that's another part of the bonus

The cost of the DTD vouchers is re-imbursed to the store via the Head Office promotional budget, so it does not impact their bottom line.

    Most managers are loving this!!!!

Not at all - I alternate between my local and a big Extra near work.

Another quick question I still have a voucher for £88-00 I haven't spent yet, will they still take it?

They should do, I used one for £100 earlier

Shopped, got told NO - £20 limit :rotfl:
    Phoned CS
    Spoke to CS
They rang store and told them they must take it
CS asked where was my shopping
Found it as it was about to be re-shelved
    SA re-scanned it, "stored" it
Went to CS where they input the voucher

Ok apologies to start with this has probably been asked thousands of times before but.........

I did two separate shops tonight at tesco's so have two receipts to enter. Now I know that you can only enter one a day has anyone tried entering two but with two different email addresses?? I have one with yahoo and one with tiscali/talk talk. If so has this been successful? I used my clubcard on both purchases. No worries if not an option will input the other receipt tomo just concerned asda offers may have changed by then don't know when their offers tend to change.

    Many thanks for any advice

So far, I have no issues whatsoever in spending my vouchers. I am in every morning, and often every teatime after work.

This morning, I walked in and hadn't even put anything in my basket when one SA shouted across (top of her voice) "Morning, have you got another one of those vouchers today?"

I smile sweetly and say "Yes" and scurry off to the fray bentos aisle :o Seems like they actually expect me to be using a voucher on a daily basis :rotfl:I can only oblige!!!
