That is what I thought when I saw it. Shockingly small amount of lamb for the price.0 -
I've not used my clubcard since I reached the £100 max...can anyone confirm whether 1st April definitely was the start of a new month? Don't want to risk a big DTD shop if I am going to get an email saying I have reached the maximum allowance...but don't want to miss out on clubcard points either :cool:Addicted to MSE0

If so has this been successful? I used my clubcard on both purchases. No worries if not an option will input the other receipt tomo just concerned asda offers may have changed by then don't know when their offers tend to change.

Hi, Do I have to use the voucher at same store I done the shop at?
We have 2 large tescos and I wanted to try and spot the elusive lamb at the other one x
Quote:
Price Check vouchers can be redeemed either in store or against an online Grocery order, irrespective of whether the original purchase was made in store or online.
It doesnt matter what store they are used in.
RegardsClearly they [Tesco] found it hard to make a promise they couldn't keep." Asda Spokesperson.
I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.0 -

Many thanks for any advice
That is untrue.
You can enter up to 10 receipts per month per household-so if you want you could do 10 in one day.
You can only use one VOUCHER per day.
If you actualy read the T&C's you'd know that the price comparison is taken on the day of the purchase-so any price changes tomorrow will not affect your DTDT claim.

This thread moves far too quickly.
Anyway, I sent DH to Tesco to investigate to no avail as they don't have stock, but...
With the lamb racks they matched Finest to Extra special. I was having a look through MySupermarket at chicken as the lamb barely touches the sides!
Tesco Finest Corn Fed Whole Chicken (Free Range) £4.38 per kg
Asda Extra Special Corn Fed Whole Chicken (Free range) £3.38 per kg
Difference of £1 per kg
DTD £2 per kg
Net cost £2.38 per kg
This is just 9p per kg more expensive than 'Market Value' Chicken.
I am not sure this would work but I would try it out if they had stock. Don't know if anybody wants to brave it.
Thanks for postingI buy this chicken anyway and it will be nice if I can get a saving. Will probably try in tomorrow - will make a nice change from eating pork and beef out of the freezer in an attempt to make room for more cornettos!

Just back (well, a while ago) from T Extra. Got 3 packs of lamb wayhey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:beer::beer::beer: Also Comfort, Surf, LOTS of Betty Crocker (scanned at £1.49 - used 30p MOCs on all of them), L'Oreal cleanser, toner and wipes, Thirst Pockets, Velvet tissues, Thorntons eggs etc. Gutted that the razors are now the same price at A... they were a nice easy DTD item - and light to carry!
They also had some L'Oreal stuff reduced to about £3 or so... eye creams, serums etc. So I treated myself to a few, separate from the DTD transactions of course!
Right, off to catch up.I need WINE, WINE I tell you!!! At two quid a bottle or less. Can anyone sort me out?!!

i used my voucher for £109.72 tonight. What a lot of hassle. Supervisor went off then had to phone someone to "verify" it, then she came back about 10 mins later and gave me a big lecture about how they have a £100 limit, to which i replied yes but I've been issued a voucher for £109..... she looked so annoyed, almost as if I was taking the money out of her pocket, She put the full voucher through and wrote a ton of stuff on my old receipt. Left me feeling really annoyed at Tescos and I shall be shopping in sainsburys in future!!! Still, managed to get a huge trolley of shopping for £110

The SA at my shop tonight was really excited to see my voucher, but disappointed when she saw it was £20. Apparently someone came in the other day with £100 voucher, and he only spent £102, so he got it all for £2 lol.
I did say that they've been capped at £20 a time now and she just said "coooooool", scanned it through and off I went on my merry way with lots of household cleaning stuff lol.0 -
