Nothing to hide, he gave it to them they made a phone call wrote something down and then accepted it. Different store than the vile local one. No problem just a bit time consuming!

You only need to look at the inconsistency in the coupon policy, which hasn't changed for ages, to see how much the individual stores make it up

I've used 4 vouchers in 3 stores and had no problems - no supervisors called or anything.
I can't believe the aggro dome people have had!
I'm definitely sticking to the SA's about my age as they don't seem phased by my £20 vouchers at all!

Well I have to report that after not wanting got take my £20 voucher when I did home shopping they later rang me and said I can post it to the nearest branch and they'll action it - plus refund postage - so a good result.
