does anyone know where i can check my status of vouchers ect and how much ill be getting plkease

you can't really check the status; all you can do is re-input your receipt details. a voucher will either pop up or it will still be processing.

how much you're getting back? isn't that something you should do yourself?

Was made to fill like a crimial.. Was told that the voucher was fake. (has missing number thing)

long story and ill post it soon but they phoned tesco customer services and they refused to speak to me and told the store that they no longer offering this any more.

In the end the manager gave us the stuff but it took a hour. I asked him why do you not train your staff. he ask the supervisor if you do... and she said yes they all know. I went to 2 tills and asked them if they been trained with it and 1 said no and one said never heard of it.

on the phone to them now!!

what a night mare! :eek:maybe it would be worth the extra drive over to here! i've had no problems at all since the very 1st time (which was bad but not as bad as yours) in fact i said to my mum today i wonder if they have my picture up 'out the back' or something because the staff have all been sooo nice and apologetic for even looking at the numbers:)

I got back from my local Tesco. I thought a new month would mean easy shopping (till I hit my £100)

Was advised by a supervisor that they will no longer accept any DTD vouchers from me ever, as I used £290 in the last 3 weeks (good job they don't speak to other stores). They must have trawled through their CCTV. The manager who spoke to me was one I had spoken to before, where I had recorded the conversation. She asked if I was recording her again (I said it is my right to if I wish (though I wasn't on this occasion)). She said she wouldn't talk to me, and stormed off.

So they are willing to make decisions, but aren't happy to go on record with it.
thats why they put a £100 cap on it per month!!!
life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.

The spreadsheets which were updated at 10:43 this morning will be closed at 7:30pm tonight

The latest versions will always be shown on posts two or three at the top of the thread, thanks to scotsgirl and SylvieDee

Hopefully this will ensure everyone knows where to find the latest spreadsheets, and stops links being dropped left right and centre

It should also minimise the spread of the spreadsheet around the net, and keep it amongst the people who contributed to it

Fingers crossed this may also appease those who are worried about it spreading about, and ruining it for all those on MSE

Grr, just messed up my DTD shop by picking up 2 boxes of roses instead of one, the 2nd one will take me over the cap so I'll lose the DTD, and hadn't counted for it in my total spend so I had to spend an extra £4 that I hadn't budgeted for! Oh well, £4 for 2 boxes roses, 1 thorntons easter egg, 2 boxes of cornettos, 2 deodrants, 1 philedelphia and 2 toothpastes isn't bad I suppose!

All the checkouts had 'trouts' on them but my turned out to be quite nice, hadn't seen a voucher before and had to call supervisor but no problems :)

Lol!! I haven't even checked the rest of the grabbit board for about a week! Unheard of! But no, I didn't believe you ha ha!

Me too! I haven't ventured outside of the tesco DTD threads! To be honest, any other grabbits would probably pale in comparison to this one. Unless morrisons are giving away a free £50 spend per day!

Noticed that today Mateus sparkling rose is up to £8.47 a bottle at Asda. Luckily managed to get 2 bottles in yesterday before the price changed. Confirmed DTD today.

OMG that's awful, make sure you let us all know how you get on with customer services. I think you are the 2nd person today that has been told dtd is stopping, and not one of the SA's I have been to has been trained on dtd.
