OMG aviod FAREHAM WHITELEY

Was made to fill like a crimial.. Was told that the voucher was fake. (has missing number thing)

long story and ill post it soon but they phoned tesco customer services and they refused to speak to me and told the store that they no longer offering this any more.

In the end the manager gave us the stuff but it took a hour. I asked him why do you not train your staff. he ask the supervisor if you do... and she said yes they all know. I went to 2 tills and asked them if they been trained with it and 1 said no and one said never heard of it.

on the phone to them now!!

Has anyone used their vouchers and got a new one with an online shop? I am wondering about trying it but thought i would take advice first ;-)

and they really do impliment it, a load of us got caught out on thursday and had to wait 4 days before we could re-input our vouchers. we are still waiting for the vouchers
