I just tried https://www.showmetheperfect.info on GHD's official website checker, http://bewareoffakes.ghdhair.com/ but had very different results!

Much good advice previously, BUT I STILL WOULD CANCEL MY CARD AS THIS SITE SEEMS TO BE A SCAM, fine if they were a legitamate site, but I don't think they are, and I for one would expect my card details to get sold on all over the place, and I'm not prone to paranoia.....

It's not a scam, just a retailer in China selling dodgy GHD's ! Anyone who uses GHD's will know that there are loads of fakes about and to check before you buy, if they seem cheap, then avoid.

Your card details are just as likely to be compromised at your local filling station !!

hi just want to say thankyou for everyones advice

but i have had a hopeful break through

after my persistant emails i got 2 replys back this morning and have been told that they will give me a refund i think they have gotten fed up with me filling up their inbox and if i do not get a refund i have some proof that they have at least offered me a refund. from now on im definetly going to be careful when buying products off line again
