Hi all,
I just had an update request pop up so I installed Firefox 5 and the Roboform toolbar disappeared.:mad: I can't seem to get it back.

Has anyone else had the problem and does anyone know how to fix it?
I'd be grateful for some help!!

I did this the other day and had the same problem, aparently the FF add on is not compatible yet with the newer version. I ended up downgrading back to the previous version of FF.

Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, I thought I would do the same, but when I uninstalled it and went to the Firefox website to get the old version, I could only find version 5. Could you let me know where you got it from please?? Thanks!

Update: googled Firefox 4 and downloaded it via this site: http://www.labnol.org/software/download-firefox-4/18940/

Sounds like the reason im still using IE8 - when i downloaded IE9 roboform disapeared, and at that time (im assuming its the same) it wouldnt work with IE9, so i went back to IE8.

Just download and install roboform again, its what I did, you dont have to fill in all the roboform id again, it just replaces itself.

I entered about noon & it was OK then. Must be just a blip
