Got all caught up today on the comps, emails, banking etc! Something to be said for a wet day I suppose. New laptop having to work hard for its living! Haven't been over the doorstep today and the forecast isn't great for the week either. DH wanting to take me to Ullswater for a ferry trip before the next May holiday but I'm not going until the weather gets better.

The part on my PC could take upto 6 WEEKS to repair, it's just out of 12 month warranty but still has manufacturers guarantee so needs to be sent to them & allow them to look into it. The part itself is readily available to buy for about £15 so hopefully we can just buy one rather than wait all that time, I can log into here & a few other sites but my roboform from PC to laptop has only transferred data saved upto Jan so anything from then I have saved I can't access & I can access my emails from O2 website but it's not as easy to do email comps & I don't have the passwords for the kids email addresses so they can't enter Dr Who, NG Kids etc.

Hoping LO is ok to go back to school tomorrow but this nasty weather now means she has a horrid cold, just has she's getting over chicken pox!

Went to watch ds play in a footie tournament and we had a blow out on the tyre of the coach on the way there! Luckily everyone was ok & we made it in time.
Cant believe the weekend is over already!

Amilucky? - so sorry to hear about Tina, I'm sure she'll be licking your face from spirit side soon & will be bouncing along beside you when you go walking. The hurt we feel at such a loss reminds us how much they brightened our lives & how much we loved them. *hugs*

Morning all,

Note I said morning and not good morning! Still bucketing down here. DD come down sick and is in bed. DS has Maths and History Exams this week so fingers crossed he won't catch it. Her pal's mum was sick all day yesterday so sounds like another bug going about.




We have parents night for DD tonight too to pick her subjects for next year so great day!


Hope your DD is better now PMS.

On the bright side Playstation has started up again so DS can play on line again! House has been quiet without him yelling down his mic and he hasn't been able to load his birthday games till now. Came on last night for him just before bed!

LO gone back to school, to a tremedous cheer from her friends so think they must have missed her lol - to be 4 again lol
