I had a WEM from Anchor this morning was starting to think Doreen had forgotten me as it 18 days since my last WEM from her.

Should not complain really as I had already won a cakestand, butter dish and egg cups ( sorry sheils).

Skippy I see you are from the north east I hail from County Durham( I am sure you can guess where by my username) although I now live in East Anglia. Lots of family in the north so visit pretty often.

It's starting to get blustery here! Brought my washing in incase it ends up down the road!

Hope you managed to coax your DS out of bed sheils! I wish my son would actually have a lie in sometimes When we went in the caravan he got up at 6am even though he had a late night!
Good luck with winning egg cups, if I win them I will gladly send you some as we have lots of egg cups anyway!

Yes I was born in Newcastle and still live here. We live in Newburn (which is more towards the outskirts of the city)

Played bingo last night. We always divide up the winnings between us so ended up with £5 each Not a fortune, but it's another fiver in the savings tin so can't complain.

Hiya, I have been trying to make MSE friends on facebook, but no takers, I send a message with friendship request to people with MSE in their name, but alas I have no friends.

I have a 'normal' facebook account, but none of these friends are compers. I am listed as Emma Cordiner (Emma MSE), more than one Emma Cordiner in the world. I would be grateful for some friends to enter comps with.

Please will somebody be my friend, I am feeling rather lonely and desperate. :eek:

Hiya pinkichiban :wave: Someone started a thread a while back so that MSE compers could add each other as friends on FB more easily. The first post looks to have been deleted but I think this was the thread - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2819090

Might be worthwhile having a look anyway.

Hiya jools There is some info in VelvetGlove's comping guide which may be useful. It states...

'The Institute of Promotional Marketing [EMAIL="complaints@theipm.org.uk"]complaints@theipm.org.uk[/EMAIL] lay down the guidelines which comp organisors must follow. MSE Compers have reported that they are very good at investigating dodgy comps & missing prizes with one chap in particular [EMAIL="edwinm@theipm.org.uk"]Edwin Mutton[/EMAIL], being an absolute star. Please note, the IPM was formerly known as the Institute of Sales Promotion (name change in May 2010) however, the contact info does not appear to have changed.

The Advertising Standards Authority have an online complaints form. '
