DD's 3rd day at senior school and she has forgotten her timetable She's bound to get in trouble. Maybe a kick up the backside might do her good! She thinks she has all the time in the world!
Youngest dd is 6 today, where does the time go If I wasnt 41 I would be broody for another!

Morning all,
Fairly damp, miserable morning here but supposed to clear up later. My dad has had a hip replacement op and is supposed to be getting home today so we are waiting on a call to tell us when he is getting out. DH has volunteered to take my mum up to collect him as she doesn't like driving far.
Had another WEM for Anchor - still a chance of getting these egg cups! DH won earphones on the Sennheiser FB site too so month going quite well again. Hope everyone is lucky soon if they haven't been yet.

Afternoon

Holiday tomorrow - YAY!
Although my day has been dampened by the fact that we tried to apply for our Mortgage in principal to find out Natwest have withdrawn the rate. Now it's all got even more complicated by having to apply through another bank and hoping when we find a house, someone has a mortgage on the market we can afford.

On the upside, i just got a WEM for a Bacardi boot vessel At least when we do manage to buy a house we can celebrate with a drink I have a missed delivery note at home that i will pick up later. It's confusing though as i always enter competitions as Rebecca but it is sent to Becki.

I tell you what shiels, if i win the egg cups on Anchor and you don't get any, i'll send you mine as we really don't need them. We have some that my sister painted us at the pottery project

Hope you get a mortgage sorted ok Becki. Really kind thought about the egg cups but still got 2 months to try and win them. Just hope I don't end up with a huge collection of butter dishes instead!:rotfl: (Have 2 already) Have 2 oven gloves , T-towel a mug and 2 more wins to come. I enter DH & me every day - really pleased with them though. Well done on the Bacardi win - haven't drank that for years. Makes me think of Pina Coladas - mmmmm.

Hope your computer behaves today wingo!

Another wet day here - hope its like yesterday and lovely in the afternoon. Had to run kids to school so upsets my routine although I did manage to call in on my dad who is recovering from his hip replacement op. They let him out of hospital after 2 days, it was 5 the last time so he is still like an invalid. Luckily my mum is younger and fit or it would have been a real problem.

Morning! Hope all is well,had a good time yesterday seeing my church friends,got home to find my new tv had been put in place by My dad,early birthday present, then went to a hospital to visit my friend who is elderly.She was glad to see me and that was nice.

Today I am off out for lunch
